self-sufficient preschooler.

CREATIVE KIDS “TWADDLERS”
PROGRAM |
|
“Twaddlers” are
Creative Kids at their most active stage in life. We
have chosen to take care of older toddlers, children at
15 months to 33 months, just before they reach preschool age. The program runs year round, Monday – Friday from
7:00a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Toddlerhood is a stage when
children learn by experiencing their world by immersing
themselves in their environment. Our teachers guide and
direct activities as each child explores and
investigates the world around them. The twaddlers are
encouraged to be “helpers” and to talk about what they
discover. Emphasis is placed on the social skills
needed to interact with their peers, by using words.

FULL DAY PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAMS |
Creative
Kids full day pre-school is licensed to serve children
aged 2.9 years through 7 years. To better meet the
children’s needs, we have divided our daycare program
into groups according to age. Our programs operate on a
twelve month basis, Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Each program is designed to provide a safe, warm, and
consistent environment for the child, with ample
opportunity for discovery, stimulation and enrichment.
Our programs stress areas of competence such as language
development, creative expression, concept formation,
recognition of relationships, along with fine and gross
motor coordination skills. |

designed for children ages 2.9 to 5 years old. |

INDIVIDUAL NURSERY AND PRE-K
PROGRAMS |
|
The
Pre-K program has been developed for children who miss
the August 1st cutoff date for kindergarten eligibility
or the oldest in the groups enrolled at the time. The
programs operate during the school year, and basically
follow the Westfield public school calendar. The
children enrolled in the programs attend either the
morning or afternoon sessions. The three day classes
meet Monday, Wednesday, or Friday; the two day classes
meet on Tuesday and Thursday. Each class meets for 3
hours. |
